The Best Things in Life are Worth Working On
Some life challenges surprise us because we didn't see things coming. Other times, like the waves crashing into the shore, life just seems to have an eroding effect.
Unfortunately the result can cost us the things we held most dear - including the quality of our relationships with our life partners. Navigating through the challenges couples face when they have lost their way is critical work, necessary if new dreams are to be realized.
Your Resilience May Surprise You
The storms of life seldom seem to be in the forecast and even when they are their affects can leave us wondering where to turn next.
Picking up the pieces of a life that looks and feels very different can be hard work but those efforts will have you looking forward and into a future that only you can determine. Your resiliency may surprise you.
Authoring the Next Chapter of Your Life
Confronting an addiction can be a daunting task. While it may seem you are on this journey alone, you don't have to be. While it may seem more of an uphill battle, rest assured it won't always be the case.
Reaching out for support is a great first step in taking control of your life and moving you to a better place.
